This cause came on to be heard before me on February 2, ~
1977, upon the Wife's Motion For Order of Contempt and argument of
counsel having been heard and the Court being advised in the premises,
it is thereupon considered
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Paragrapha 1, 2, and 3 of the
Motion For Order of Contempt are without foundation; however, the
Husband is ordered to avoid passing by the residence of Roger
Watford for any reason and each of the parties are prohibited from
~calling the other at any place other than thatparty's residence
unless an emergency should arise.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that neither party shall do anything
I~ ~ which may estrange the children from the other. Pending the dis-
~I
position of this matter, neit~her parent shall discuss these proceedings
~
~ with the minor children of the marriage nor shall either parent
~
~ inquire of t,~e minor children regarding the Court's in camera
~
' discussion he~inor children.
~
Pending the disposition of this matter, the Wife is
~ -
~ restrained from dating or seeing socially Roger Watford, in the
k
~ presence of the minor children of the parties; additionallq, it is
~ the Order of this Court that the Wife shall not invite Roger Watford
;
