ADJUDICATION OF CQN7EMPT
It appearing from the evidence appearing before the Court
that JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON has willfully failed and refused to
pay the attorney's fee and court costs as required by the Final
Judgment of this Court entered on February 3, 1977, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure, he stands in
contempt of this Court but may purge himself of this contempt by
,
hereafter paying the attorney's fee in the amount of $350.00
plus $37.00 Court costs at~the rate of $50.00 per month cammencing
March 15,1977. If Respondent does not purge himself of his contempt
as provided above, he shall be required after notice to appear before
the Court for sentencing. - ~
