HomeMy WebLinkAbout0724 i t Y / ` . 1 i ~ 1 t ~ ~ ' ~ ~ MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGRE$MENT THIS AGREEMSNT, made this day of February, 1977, by and between FIRST FSDERAL SAVINGS AND IAAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERC~, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, and having its principal place ~ of business in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, ~ hereinafter designated as the MORTGAGEE, and BETTY CLARKSON, a single adult (formerly BETTY MELUSO) and RITA MELUSO, a single adult, both of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter designated as the MORTGAGORS. ' WHEREAS, MORTGAGEE is the owner and holder of a certain mortgaqe dated April 27, 2972 from BETTY CLARRSON, a single ~ ' adult (formerly BETTY MELUSO) to MORTGAGEE, which said mortgage is recorded in O. R. Book 201, page 2517, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage is now a lien upon ' the followinq described property, to-wit: j The South 1/2 of Lot 18 and all of Lot 19 ! in Block 2 of INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, Unit ; One, a subdivision according to the plat j thereof on file in Plat Hook 10 at page 43 ! of the public records of St. Lucie County, ; Florida. • E ~ r - ' being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida; and f ! WHEREAS, RITA MELUSO acquired title to the property ~ described in the paragraph immediately preceding this paragraph ~ ; by warranty deed from BETTY CLARKSON, a single adult (formerly 1 j BETTY MELUSO), which warranty deed was dated July 31, 1975 i ~ and =ecorded in 0. R. Book 242, page 1110 of the public records ~ ~ •of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which conveyance was made subject to the raortgage held by MORTGAGEE as above described; and f ~ WHEREAS, said RITA MELUSO has acquired title to the ~ following described property from A.
