WHEREAS, said RITA MELUSO has conveyed to said A. G.
WEATHERINGTON and DOROTHY S. WEA74IERINGTON, his wife, the
followinq described property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 19, Block 2, of INDIAN RIVER ESTATES,
Unit One, a subdivision accordinq to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10,
page 43, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;

` WHEREAS, it is the intention of MORTGAGEE to release -
from the lien of its mortgage the said Lot 19, Block 2 of

WHEREAS, it is the intention of RITA MELUSO to encumber
~ the property acquired from said A. G. WEATHERING'PON and

DOROTHY S. WEATHERINGTON, his wife, the said Lot 1'7 and the North

; lien of the mortgage of MORTGAGEE hereinabove described; and

~ WHEREAS, BETTY CLARKSON, a single adult (formerly

; BETTY MELUSO) was the original mortgagor_on the mo~tgage of

~ NOW, TIiEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One
~ Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, and the mutual
