which said promissory note was in the original principal swa ~

1972, hereby grant, bargain, sell, align, remise, convey and
confirm unto the M~ORTGAGEE, all that certain land of which
RITA MELUSO is ncyw seized and in possession, situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

Block 2, INDIAN RIVER ESTATSS, Unit One,
a subdivisior. acaordinq to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 10, paqe 93, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida
TO H~1VE AN~ TO HOLD the same as though the same were initially
encumbered in the mortgage of MORTGAGES hereinabove described,
subject to the same conditions and provisions of said
mortgage.
2. MORTGAGEE does hereby remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of its ~
said mortgage hereinabove described, unto the said MORTGAGORS, their
heirs and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed
by said mortgage and mare particularly described as follows,
