It is thereupon, ORbERED AND ADJUDGED as fallows: - _ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~ HUGH ALLEN TURNER and CAROLYN ROSE TURNER be and the same is hereby dissoived, and the parties and each of them are hereby - ~ forever freed.from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~ i between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ ~ 2. PROPERTY. The Stipulation and Property Settlement ; Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by ; ; reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. , 3. CUS70DY. Custody of the minor children of the parties, KELLY ANN TURNER and TARA LYNN TURNER, is hereby awarded ; 'Y to the wife with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the ~ husband. ~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
