THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date, and the ,

Court havi~g given full consideration t~ all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and -
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties shouid be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORbERED AND ADJUDGED as fallows: - _
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
~ HUGH ALLEN TURNER and CAROLYN ROSE TURNER be and the same is
hereby dissoived, and the parties and each of them are hereby
- ~
forever freed.from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~
i
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~
~ 2. PROPERTY. The Stipulation and Property Settlement ;
Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by ;
;
reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
thereof.

3. CUS70DY. Custody of the minor children of the
parties, KELLY ANN TURNER and TARA LYNN TURNER, is hereby awarded ;

to the wife with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the
~ husband. ~
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
Orders as may be proper.
