FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this_~day of February, 1977,
and tt.e court having given full consideration to all evider~ce finde
and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and
subject~matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties should be dissolved. It is ~hereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
as fol2ows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

THOMAS JAY KING and CINDY DALE RING be and the same is hereby i

dissolved, and the parties and each of them is hereby forever freed ;
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from._the obligations arising therefrom.
2. SEPARATION AND PROPERTY--~ETTLEMENT AGREEMLNT.
~ The Separation and Property Settlement A.greement_entered into

` February 8, 1977, and admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated
