OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing this 23d day of February,
1977, and the petitioner having appeared with counsel and the Respondent
having waived notice of hearing herein, and the Court having given full
consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This.Court has
~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of thia suit; that the
allegations contained in the petition herein are true; that the_merriage
between the parties never existed; and that the wife is entitled to an
Annulment of Marriage. It is thereupon
• ORDE'RED AND ADJUDGID as follows: ~
l. ANfNUI1~iT OF MARRIAGE. That the marri.age between HOMER LEE
DARBY and VIRGINIA MAE DARBY be, and the same is hereby void and of
no effect, and petitioner.is hereby restored to her original status
prior to this purported marriage. ~
