THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court upon
Plaintiff's Motion for Determination of Jurisdiction as to Defendant
RAMPERSAUD and Motion for Sanctions, and the Court having heard the
argwnent of counsel herein, and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The Court finds that it has person~al jurisdiction over
the Defendant, RUDY RAMPERSAUD, and by virtue of various pleadings
filed by or on behalf of Defendant RAMPERSAUD, the Court finds he has ~
appeared generally in this cause.
2. The Court finds that Defendant RAMPERSAUD has failed to
appear for the taking of his deposition after due and proper notice

E and has failed to take any affirmative action or steps to continue

' the taking of said deposition or to seek a protective order as pro-

I vided for in the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and, therefore,
