paid, plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from thfs date
to the date of the aslet and by retafninq an~r amoun~ remaininq
pending the further Order of this Court.
B. On filing the Certificate of Title, Defendant(s)
and all persons clafminq under or aqainst them since the filing
of the Notice of Lis Pendens are foreclosed of all estate or claim
in the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be let fnto
possession of the property.
9. Jur~sdiction of this action is retained ta ente=
further Orders as are proper, includinq, without limitations,
Writs of Assfstance and Deficiency Judqments.
