O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard before me the 22nd day
of February, 1977, on the l~otion of the Husband to Exclude Individuals
from the taking of the depositioncf JOANN PADGETT and the argument
of counsel having been heard and the court being advised in the premises,
it is thereupon considered
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Exclude Indiv~duals
from the taking of the deposition of JOANN PADGETT is hereby granted
and unless consented to by the parties, the only individuals allowed
to be present at the taking of said deposition are the deponent,
JOANN PADGETT, her attorney, ERROL S. WILLES, the Husband, DENNIS
A. PADGETT, and hfs attorney, VINCENT A. LLOYD.
E It is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that after the deposition of the
~ Wife has been taken it shall be transcribed and filed with the

~ Clerk of the Court under seal and the seal-shall remain unbroken
~ until the time of final hearing in this matter. It shall be the
