It is thereupon ~ ; . ` OR~ERED and AOJUDGED as follows: ~ { ~ 1. The marriage between GREGORY JONN SAMOS and ELIZABEtH D. S. ` SAMOS be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them ar~ hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exi s ti ng between them and from the obl igati ons ari si ng therefrom. 2. That the Separation Agreement dated January 27, 1977 admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply Nith the provisions th~reof. - 3.
