This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of February, 1977
and the Court having given full oonsideration to all the evidence, finds _
and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists -
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
I irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~

` OR~ERED and AOJUDGED as follows: ~

~ 1. The marriage between GREGORY JONN SAMOS and ELIZABEtH D. S.
` SAMOS be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of
them ar~ hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
exi s ti ng between them and from the obl igati ons ari si ng therefrom.
2. That the Separation Agreement dated January 27, 1977
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
the parties are ordered to comply Nith the provisions th~reof. -
3. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. -
