NON, T~~REF'ORE, at the request of the party of the second part and in considera-
tion of ~1.00 paid by the part of the second part; the party of the Pirst part dces
hereby extend the amounts and maturity oP the pa`yments due on account of principal
as folloxs: The principal balance oP ~13,~60.92 is hereby extended to be rep~yable
send-annual installments of ~2,618.51 each including 8Z interest, beginning 8/21/77,
and semi-annualZy thereaPter tauti2 gaid in 2till.
and extends pqyment and maturity of interest as follovs: Interest on the extended
balance of ~13,k60.92 will accrue at the rate of 8x percent per annum, pa~yable
semi-snnually and tirill be 3ncluded in the regular semi-annual p$yments mentioned
above. -
All other terms and conditions of said loan or mortgage contained and of the
instruments covering the coltateral pledged, as hereby extended, are to remain in
ft~ll force and effect and nothing herein contained shall in ar~ywise impair the
security no~r held for the said indebtedness.
` Pothing herein contained shall be construed ss a novation and default in ac~y
of the terms and conditions of said losn as hereby extended, and/or in the terms
of the instruments covering collateral pledged thereto, or in mortgage contained,
and/or ot this Extension Agreement, will automatically mature the sai@ loan
