THIS CAUSE having come on this 2nd day of March, 1977 for ~
hearing upon the Plaintiffs Motion for Contempt against the Defendant ~

J.W.DICKSON, President of D.A.D., INC., and J.W.DICKSON and it appearing
that proper notice was given and Counsel for Defendants not being present
and the Court heard arguments of Plaintiffs' Counsel and being otherwise ~
~
fully advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows:
1. The Court entered an Order on January 27, 1977 ordering the `

Defendants to deliver within-ten days to Plaintiffs' attorney a Warranty 3
;

Deed, and a Partial Release of Judgment. . ~

2. The Court in said Order, ordered the Defendants to pay C. , ~
~
Norris Tilton, Attorney for Plaintiffs, within 30 days $100.00 attorney ~
t
fees for the hearing on January 24, 1977. ~
3. The Court in said Order, ordered the Defendants to clear any
,
defects in tit~e to the property in the Final Judgment entered July 14, ~
~

1976. ~

4. That the Defendants have failed to compZy with said Order. ~
~
5. That C. Norris Tilton, Attorney for Plaintiffs, is entitled `
to an additional attorney fee of $Z00.00 for this hearing. :s

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows~ to wit: ~
1. That J. W. DICKSON. President of D.A.D., INC., J.W.DICKSON ~

is hereby sentenced to thirty (30) days in th~ St. Lucie County Jail for ~
i
contempt of court, however. the Defendant may purge himself by: ~
