THIS CAUSE came on for consideration by the Court on the
Court's own motion to tax costs for rental of the Federal Courts
facilities in Fort Pierce, Florida, after 5:30 P.M. on March 3,
4, and 7, 1977 for trial of tHis case, and the Court being
otheYwise fully advised in the premises. it is -
ORDERED AND ADNDGED .
1. That the Federal Courts facilities in Fort Pierce,

Florida, were used in the trial of this case after 5:30 P.M.

i for a total of six and on-half (6 1/2) hours on March 3, 4, and

~ 2. That the Division of Administration, State of Florida
Department of Transportation is ordered to pay rental charges of
$65.00, and the same are hereby specially taxed as costs in this
action against said Division
