The sums due and owinR hereunder shall be payable dunng the Amortization Period in equal monthly instalments,

Payment Date and subeequent Instalment Peyments on the firet day ot each month therea(ter until ihe Maturity Date
whereupon the entire unpaid balance ot principal and intereat accrued and unpaid thereon shall become due and pay-
able: each such inetalment when paid ahali be applied fitat to the payment ot interest on the unpaid balance at the In-
terest Rste and the remainder thereof to payment on account o( principal.
If any lnstalment Payment ahail not be peid when due, then the entire principal sum and nccrued intereat here-
under shall become due and payable at once or thereatler, at the option of the holder of this Note. The Payee may, at
its option, collect a late ~charge not to e:c~erd two cents tor each one dollar ot each Instalment Payment not paid when
due to reimburse the Payee for e:pensea of servicing delinquent Instalment Paymenta. Failure to e:eeriee theee options
shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the aame in the event of any aubeequent default.
It is further ngreed that the Maker and each endoreer, eurety, guarantor. jointly and severally, ahall pay all costa of
collection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney's tee, on failure to pay any Inatalment Payment or any acrrued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all aums due hereunder shall bear intereat at the higheat
lawful rate ot interest per annum in the State ot Florida from the date when the principal and acrrued intereat under
this Note shall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder shall not in any one year e:cced the highest
lawtul rate of intereat in the State df Florida. •
This Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereot, of property situated in the State of Florida.
The Maker agreea that it shall be bound by any agreement e:tending the time or modifying the above terms of
payment, made by the Payee and the owner or owners of the property aftected by eaid Mortgage, whether with or with-
I out notice to the Maker, and the Maker ahall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with intereat at a
~ rate no greater than the Intereat Rate, acrordinR to the terma ot ahy such agreement o[ e:tenaion or modification.

The unpaid balnnce ot the Principal Amount, plus acrrued interest shall berome due and payable at the option ot
; the Payee under the happening of an event by which aaid balance shall or may become due and payable under the terms
