This cause having come on this day for hearing on plaintiff's

Motion for Final Judgment of Foreclosure on plaintiff's complaint, t
and the ad valorem tax certificates and other evidence offered
in support of such complaint, and the Court having noted the answer
and waiver of notice of further proceedings filed herein by Philip G.
Nourse, Esquire, Guardian, Administrator and Attorney ad Litem for
all unknown defendants, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is, upon consideration
! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
