certificates which are the subject matter of this cause the following

The above total sum is now due and awing to plaintiff, plus interest
at 6$ per annum from the date of this final judgment until paid.
4. Plaintiff has a lien to secure the payment of the above
total sum against the following described property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
The North_10 feet of the South 60 feet of the West 100
feet of the East 300 feet of the North 1/2 of the SE 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21, Tbwnship 35
South, Range 40 East
The lien of the plaintiff is prior, paraanun and superior to all
rights, cl~aims, liens, interest, encumbrances and equities of the

~ defendants and the property wi21 be sold free and clear of any
{ claims of the defendants.

~ 5. That unless the defendants, or any of them, shall
~ forthwith pay the plaintiff or her attorneys the sum specified
~ in Paragraph 3, the Clerk of this Court, after publication of
notice as required by S45.031 of the Florida Statutes, as amended,
is directed to sell those premises as described in Paragraph 4
above to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at
~ the East door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce,

~ Florida, free, clear and discharged of any and all claims, leins,

~ encumbrances, rights, equities and interests of the defendants, or ~
