6. The plaintiff may bid at the sale and if the plaintiff
is the successful bidder, it shall be entitled~to credit on its bid
up to the full amount dua under this final judgment of foreclosure.
7. After confirmation of the sale, whether confirmation be
by the Clerk filing the certificate of title or by order of this
Court ruling upon objections to such sale, the Clerk shall make
distribution of proceeds of such sale by paying:
A. The Clerk's fee for making the sale and the costs of
state documentary stamps and surtax stamps affixed to the certi-
ficate of title.
B. The sum herein found to be due and owing to the
plaintiff as specified in Paragraph 3 above, plus interest thereon
at the rate of six per cent (6$) per annum from the date of this
judgment to the date of sale.
- 8. If the total amount realized on said sale exceeds the
total of the sums required to be paid by the preceding paragraph of
this judym~ent, the Clerk shall disburse the surplus as this Court
shall hereafter direct by its fuxther order; and if the total
amounts realized shall not be sufficient to pay all such sums, the
Clerk shall first pay those amounts specified by subparaqraph A. of
the preceding paragraph and shall pay the balance to the plaintiff.
~ 9. Upon the confirmation of the aforesaid sale, whether by

the Clerk filing a Certificate of Title herein, or by order-of the
E Court ruling upon objections to said sale, the defendants and any

~ and all persons claiming by, through or under the defendants, or

~ any of them, since the commencement of this suit, are forever
barred and foreclosed of and from any equity of redemption, and
~ any right, title, interest, claim or demand of any kind or nature
whatsoever, in and to the above described property, and the purchaser
~ at the aforesaid sale, his successors, representatives or assigns,
