FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the lOth day of March, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence
finds and deter.mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
arid subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of Husband
and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the~parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION ~F MARRIAGE. The marriage between EUGENE
DERYL BOIVIN and SARA C. BOIV2N be and the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. JURISDICTI~N. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the par-
ties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Stuart, Martin County,
Florida, this lOth day of March, 1977. ~
