AMENDMENT TO FINAL JUDGMENT OF
This cause having come before this Court upon the Stipulatio
to Property Settlement Agreement filed in this cause and executed
by the parties and their attorneys, and the Court having given
fu11 consideration to said Stipulation and being otherwise duly
I advised in the premises~ it is thereupon .
' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment of Dissolution
,
of Marriage entered in this cause on February 3, 1977, be, and th
I same is hereby amended to include, in addition t~ the matters set `
~ forth therein the followin :

3. The Husband will convey to the Wife that certain 1976 '
l Dodge Charger Automobile owned jointly by the parties and the
; Husband is hereby ordered to execute any and all documentation
I necessary to convey his interest in said automobile to the Wife.

` Furthermore, the Husband be. and the same is hereby ordered to
F pay the indebtedness on said automobile owed to the Sun Bank of

~ St. Lucie County at or before maturity, and to hold the Wife

~ harmless thereon, and to do nothing, by act or omission, that

f would impair the Wife's interest and equity in and to said auto-

~ 1~ mobile. ~
~ !i The Husband is hereby~ordered and directed to pay for

` collision and minimum liability insurance coverage of and for said

ij 1976 Dodge Charger automobile for a eriod of 24 months, commen-
