This cause coming on before the Court on a Motion for Enforcement
and Modification in the manner of payment of support and the Court having
heard the parties and caunsel and being fully advised finds that JAMES R. '
SCURLOCK is in arrears of support in the amount of ~200.00 and the husband
acknowledging the same and requesting the right to pay support monthly,
therefore, thereupon, ;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 4
1. That the husband may purge himself from contempt by payinq ~

in a~dition to his regular support payments, ~50.00 per month comnencing ;

` with the next payment of support and continuing until the said arrearage `

2. That the Court awards to the Wife's attorney, attorney fees
` of ~75.00 and costs of ~7.50 for the instant hearing and that the same shall

~ Court and by him remitted promptly to TINA KAY SCURLOCK. In add9tion, there .

payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this Order is in effect.
