This action was heard upon the Petition for Temporary ~
Relief filed by Petitioner/Wife, REBECCA LONDON~ and the Court ~

having heard testimony and argument of counsel and the Court '
being fully advised in the premises, it is '
ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The temporary care, custody and control of the ~
r:iinor children of the parties, to wit: LAF.RY LONDON, JR.~ age
five, and RODNEY LONDON~ age four, is hereby awarded to
Petitioner/Wife~ REBECCA LONDON, subject to the Respondent/ !
Husband, LARRY LONDON's right of reasonable visitation with
said children at all reasonable Cimes and places.

2. RespondentJfiusband, LARRY LONDON, shall pay to
~ Petitioner/Wiie, REBECCA LONDOy, the sum of One Hundred Dollars

~ ($100.00) weekly, as temporary and rehabilitative alimony and ~

~ child support, commencing on March 1, 1977. ;

~ 3. All matters of attorneys' fees, costs and division i
~ of property between the parties will be considered at the final _
