THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 4th day of February, •
1977, and the Court having hearinq testimony from the witnesses of the
parties and the argument of counsel for the Defendant and counter
plaintiff, AAA EMPLOYMENT, and the plaintiff and counter defendant,
THOMAS SANDS, choosinq to represent himself and expressly declining
a continuance to obtain counsel, and the Court being otherwise advised
in the premises, it is thereupon ~ _

; (1) That the plaintiff, THOMAS SANDS, having failed to prove

~ the allegations contained in his complaint and having rested his case,

the complaint of the plaintiff, THOMAS SANDS is dismissed with prejudice
