FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having been tried by a jury and verdict
found in favor of the Plaintiff, C. H. COMBS, and against the
Defendants, JAY A. SAI~LE and FRANCIS R. SAI~LE~ his wife, for the
sum of $500.00 and against the Defendants, OSWALDO D. BENITEZ and t
GLADYS BENITEZ, his wife. for the sum of $1,084.00, it is
~ ORDERED ~ND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, C. H. COMBS,

do have and recover of and fram the Defendants~ JAY A. SAMPLE and
FRANCIS R. SA1~LE, his wife, the sum of $500.00 and from the
Defendants, OSWALDO D. BENITEZ and GLADYS BENITEZ, his wife, the
s~ of $1,084.00, plus costs to be taxed by the Court against all
~ Defendants which are to be assessed by the Court after hearing for

all of which let execution issue upon expiration of the time for

~ filing motion for a new trial or upon an Order being entered denying
[ such motion in the event the same is filed. All stated amounts due

~ and owing are to be with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from `
