The Grantee by acceptance and recording of the Warranty Deed -
of conveyance to a condominium apartment is Island Nouse Condo-
miniums, Phase acknowledges that said conveyance is subject
to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium more fully
described in said Warranty Deed, including the provisions of all
• of its exhibits. The Grantee does hereby ratify, confirm and ~
approve all of said provisions, including the provisions of the
long term lease and management agreement which are exhibits to said

House Owners Association, Inc..in making and entering into such
long term lease and management agr.eement. The Grantee agrees to
be bound by all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, .

authorizes Island House Owners Association, Inc, to act for him and
in his name in the performance of its obligations under said long
term lease and management agreement; the Grantee acknowledges and
agrees that all af the provisions of said documents are reasonable,
fair and equitab2e; and the~Crantee hereby ir.lpresses a lien upon '
the condo~riniur.? apart~rent described above as security for his
obligations, as more fully descril~ed in said Declaratian of
Condominium and all of its exhibits.
