KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned
Mortqagors havinq qiven a second mortqage to Citizens Federal
Savinqa & Loan Association of St. Lucie County, in the principal
amount of $2,500.00 dated April 10, 1975, recorded April 18, 1975,
at Official Records Book 238, Paqe 1792 and 1793 of the Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County, being Citizens Federal Loan number ~

3958, hereby correct that said mortgaqe by correcting the legal ~

description contained therein to read as follows: ;
Lot 21 and the Northeasterly ~ of Lot 22, of
Block 14, of PINEWOOD SUBDNISION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 24,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
AND the above described mortqage with Citizens Federal Savings 6
Loan Association of St. Lucie County is hereby corrected as set
forth hereinabove. .
