Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared -
MERLE F. PRICE and ELSIE D. PRICE, his wife, -~tr+~-first beinq duly
sworn on oath by me depose and say as follows:
1. That they are the Grantees in that certain Warranty
Deed dated January 18, 1972, recorded January 18, 1972, at O. R. Book
198, Paqe 2679 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, wherein
ALBERTA L. CHURCH, a widow, conveyed the following described real
property to them: .
Lot 21, and the Northwesterly ~ of Lot 22, of
Block 14, of PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 24, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the said Warranty Deed contained an incorrect legal
description of the property which was meant to be conveyed in said -
Warranty Deed and that a Corrective Warranty Deed has subsequently
been filed wherein title was passed to your affiants, as Grantees as
to certain real property, which is properly described as follows:
Lot 21, and the Northeasterly ~ of Lot 22, of
- Block 14, of PINEW04D SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof or. file in Plat Bvok 5, Page 24, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That as a result of the aforesaid incorrect Warranty -
Deed, it might be construed that your affiants may claim some interest
in the Southwesterly ~ of said Lot 22, however, your aff iants claim
no interest whatsoever as to the Southwesterly ~ of said Lot 22 by.
i virtue of the aforesaid Warranty Deed which contained the incorrect
