above estate alleges: -

l. The decedent, Edna R. Staples, a resident of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida, died on the 2nd day of February, ~

1976, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner '
on February 13, 1976. ;
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and =

Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge
of Personal Representative. ~

3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, ~
by making payment, settlement, or other dispostion of all ~
~ ;
claims and debts that were presented, and by payinq or making ~
~
provision for the payment of all expenses of administration.

; 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re-
i ~
~ turns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Depart-
~
~ ment of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and }

~ filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this ~
f estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate ~
