PETITION FOR DISCHARGE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Seliaa Roe Hatley, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 14th day of February,
1976, and Letters of Administration were issued. to Petitioner
on March 2, 1975.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge
of Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate,
bv making nayment, settlement, or other disgosit~on of all
claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making
provision for the payment of all expenses of administration.

' 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re-
~
i turns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Depart- -
f
~ ment of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and ~ ~
!
! filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this
€
~ estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate
; taxes, if any.

~ 5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribu-

~ tion of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule g

E of distribution attached hereto as E~chibit A.
