NOTICE OF APPEAL
Defendant, THE CARLTON CORPORATION, takes and enters its
appeal to the Fourth District Court of Appeal of Florida to review
the final judgment of foreclosure of the Nineteenth Judicial ~
Circuit Court for St. Lucie County,-Florida, bearing the date of
~ December 3, I976, a timely motion for rehearing was filed on
December 7, 1976, and an Order denying the rehearing was entered
by the Court on February 14, 1977. The nature of the Order
appealed from is a summary final judgment of foreclosure against
Defendant. All parties to said cause are called upon to take
notice of the entry of this appeal.
