THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court on the

23rd day of February, 1977, upon the motion of the husband for an
Order of Contempt on the wife and the wife's Motions for an Order -
of Contempt on the Husband, Traverse to Husband's Motion for Order
of Contempt, Motion for Tag, Motion for Temporary Relief and Petition
for Enforcement of this Court's Order of August 16, 1976, and the
Court having heard the testimony of witnesses for the husband and
wife and the argument of counsel and the Court finding that:

(1) The wife is not in contempt of this Court`s Order ,
! of August 16, 1976;

; (2) That the husband is in willful contempt of this
