(d) The husband's willful failure to pay for a
fuil day's maid service For ttie wife. '

(3) That this Court under its Order of August 16, 1976, '
granted temporary possession and use of the 1976 Ford truck to the
wife until this Court determines that the husband has tendered a
suitable alternate vehicle to the wife for her use. -

(4) That the Ford Thunderbird tendered to the wife by `
the husband subsequent to September 8, 1976, was not a suitable `
alternate vehicle for the wife.

And the Court being otherwise advised in the premises,
it it thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED ~

(1) '1'hat the husband's Motion for Order of Contempt against
:
the wife is denied.

(2) That the wife's Motion for an Order of Contempt is •
hereby granted and the husband, BERT RICE, is found to be in.willful ~
contempt of this Court's order of August 16, 1976, and said husband is ~
sentenced to be committed to the County Jail until such time as he
purges himself of contempt and the Sheriff of St. Lucie County is
ordered to take the husband, BERT RICE, into custody and to incarcerate
him under this Order. The above sentence for Contempt is suspended -
for thirty days upon the express condition that the Husband, BERT RICE,
fully comply with the following within thirty days from the rendition
of this Order:
(a) That the husband pay all of the below enumerated
outstanding bills and the sums enumerated be~ow s,rhich the wife has been
forced to pay because of the husband's willful failure to pay same
said sums being: .
