ACKNOWLEDGMF.NT AND RATIFICATION

The Grantee by acceptance and recording of the Warranty Deed
of conveyance ta a condominium apartment is Island ~iouse Condo-
miniums, rhase I3 ~ dC.KIlUW1ClltjCj i.i?at sai3 ~.;r.~;eyar.c~ ~s j4hjac~
to the pravisions of the Declaration of Condominium more fully
described in said Warranty Deed, including the provisions of all
of its exhibits. The Grantee does hereby ratify, confirm and ~
approve all of said provisions, including the provisions of the
loag term lease and management agreement which are exhibits to said
condominium documents; the grantee does further hereby ratify, con-
firm and approve the acts of the officers and directors of Island
House Owners Association, Inc. in making and entering into such
long term lease and management agreement. The Grantee agrees to
be bound by all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, +
the long term lease and the manage:nent agreement; the Grantee
authorizes Island House Owners Association, Inc, to act for him and
in his name in the performance of its obligations under said long _
term lease and manageMent agreement; the Grantee acknowledges and
agrees that all of the.provisions of said documents are reasonable,
fair and equitable; and the Grantee hereby it*.ipresses a lien upon
the condominium apartment described above as security for his ~
obligations, as more fully descrihed in said Declaration of
Condominium and all of its exhibits.
