PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
The petition of THOMAS E. MAIANEY, Ancillary Administrator
of tile Estate of DOROTNY R. PATTERSON, deceased, respectfully
shows:
1. DOROTHY R. PATTERSON died on ;I~vember 18, 1973,
and on October 22, 1976, Petitioner was appointed Ancillary
Administrator and continuously since that time has discharged the
duties of l~ncillary Administrator as required by law.
2. The Petitioner has published Notice to Creditors as
required by law, the first publication of which occurred on
November 15, 19T6, and Proof of P~blication of that Notice has
been filed. The period during which claims can be filed validly
against the Estate has expired. No claims have been filed against
~ the Estate.

~ 3. The decedent's gross estate for Federal Estate Tax
~
~ purposes exceeds $60,000.00 and appropriate Federal Tax returns
I
j have been filed and tax payments have been made i~y the domiciliary

~ executor and the domiciliary executor has received a release from
the Internal Revenue Service. The Petitioner has filed a tax
~ certificate from the Comptroller of the State of Florida, No.
A 13646 , which indicates that the applicable tax in Florida
; has been paid by the Petitioner. The Florida Certificate has been

~ filed with t:~is Court.

~ 4. The Petitioner has collected all the assets of the

~ Estate that are collectible and othe rwise faithfully administered
g all~the goods, chattels, rights and eredits of the decedent.
