EQUIHANK, N.A. is a foreign corporation, organized under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, having its principal place of business in the State of Pennsylvania, and is authorized to act as a testamentary trustee under the laws of the place where it has its principal place of business. See Exhibits A and B. 7. From the Will of the testatrix, it appears that the testatrix intended the trust referred to in her will to be administered and subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the corporate trustee has its principal place of business. See Exhibit C. 8.
