10. Nothing remains for the completion of the administration
of this estate except make the final distribution of the asset
of the estate.
~ WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that the Court enter an
Order approving this Petition and directing that distribution
be made as set forth above, and that upon the filing of satisfactory
evidence that complete distribution has been made as ordered,
an Order of Discharge be entered releasing and discharging
Petitioner from further liability as Ancillary Administrator of
the Estate of DOROTHY R. PATTERSON, Deceased.
