under Trust Agreement of ROY T. PATTERSON dated June 4, 1971.
2. That he is familiar with the trust and estate laws
of tfie Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
3. That there is no trust qualification law in Pennsylvania
providing for the registration of corporate fiduciaries, but
pursuant to Rule of Court, the said bank has been authorized to
~ ~ act as a fiduciary by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court

~ of Common Pleas of Allegheny County.
; 4. That EQUIBANK, N.A. is authorized to act as trustee
