BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared

deposes and states:
1. That S he is an heir and testamentary trust beneficiary
of DOROTHY R. PATTERSON at the time of her death on November 18,
1973.

2. At the time of her death, DOROTHY R. PATTERSON was
a resident and domiciliary of Allegheny County, State of
Pennsylvania. -
3. Prior to he r death, said DOROTHY R. PATTERSON had
dealing with the EQUIBANK, N.A. and had faith and trust in said
Bank .
4. That in my opinion, DOROTHY R. PATTERSON intended that
all property in and out of the State of Pennsylvania, which was
placed in trust, be administered in the State of Pennsylvania.
