REPORT OF DISTRIBUTION
The Petitioners, LOUISE PALMER and JEANNE PALMER HUNT,
allege :
1. The Petitioners, as Personal Representatives of the
above estate, file herewith all remaining receipts necessary to
show that the estate has been distributed in accordance with the
proposed plan of distribution previously filed herein and approved
by all devisees and income beneficiaries.
2. The claims of all creditors have been paid or otherwise
disposed of as more fully appears from the copies of recorded deeds
and assignment of contract and financial accounting attached hereto
I and by reference made a part hereof.

~ WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that an order be entered
~ discharging petitioners as personal representatives and releasing
them from further liability in that capacity.
Under penalty of perjury, we declare that we have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of our knowledge
and belief.
