PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES' DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Executed the 31st day of December, 1976,
_ between LOUISE PALMER and JEANNE PALMER HUNT, Personal Representatives
of the Estate of W. A. Palmer, deceased, Parties of the First Part,
and NEW SOUTH, INC., a Florida Corporation, 436-A North 7th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, Party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Parties of the First Part, pursuant to.powers granted
Personal Representatives by Florida Statute 733.612 and in exchange
for the Party of the Second Part's assumption of certain indebted- ~
nesses of the F.state of W. A. Palmer, deceased, St. Lucie County
Case No. 71-152 CP, hereby grant, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
and confirm to the Party of the Second Part and to its heirs, successors
and assigns iorever, inaL cerzain reai property situate in Martin
County, Florida more particularly described as follows:
That part of George Taylor Lots, a subdivision of
northerly unnumbered lots of Westfields Subdivision
and a part of South 115.5 feet of North 740.5 feet of
NE4 of Section 16, To.~nship 37 South, Range 41 East,
Martin County, Florida, described as: Beginning at
the Northeast Corner of Lot 3, ~,lestfield Subdivision
' and West 172.5 feet for POB, thence North 92.5 feet,

! West 50 feet, South 92.5 feet, East SO feet to POB,
less the southerly 7.5 feet right-of-way.
