PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. The decedent, RICHARD CHARLES tiANSEN, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on April 5, 1974, and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on August 21, 1975.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of I~'inal Accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by makinq
payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or makinq provision for the
payme:~t of all expenses of adr.~inistration. ~

j 4. Petitioner has filed a I'lorida Non-Taxable Certificate

i from the Comptroller of the State of Florida as Commissioner of

~ Revenue.
~ _ 5. Petitioner has already received the assets of this
estate consisting solely of the net proceec~s from the settlement
of a wronqful death claim in the amount of $811.67, evidenced by
