This proceeding was heard upon the petition for discharge
of the personal representative of the estate of Elsie F. Neitzel, ~
deceased, and the only heirs to the estate having filed written
waivers of accounting and service of petition for discharge and
consent to discharge of personal representative, and there being
no creditor claims filed in the estate, and the estate assets
remaining in the estate amounting to less than $20, and the Court
finding that the estate has been properly administered and that
the personal representative should be discharged, it is therefore
ADJUDGED tha
