that st~e does not want any of the proceeds fran the settlement of this

; settlenent of $500.00 would be acceptable aond that C. R. McDonald, Jr.,

~ for the sun of $1,000.00, less attarneys fees in the amimt of $330.00
to C. R. McDvnald, Jr. for representatian of the plaintiff~ CARUL P[JLiFN,
foYmerly lmvwn as CAROL MASSA. i~erein. The Caurt further finds that the
~ plaintiff, CARUL PUI~I, farn~erly lmvwn as CARUL. MASSA, is e~ntitled to
the stIIn of $1~000.00 in settla~t of her derivative claim, less the
attorneys fees due C. R. Mcrbnald, Jr., far representation herein.
