BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared KENNF.TH T. PERONA, who before me being first duly sworn,
says as follows: ~
1. That he is the grantee in a certain deed recorded at O.R.
Book 242, Paqe 2759 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, which conveyed the following described property:
Lot 7, B1oCk 3, COUNTRY CLi1B ESTATES,
according to the Plat thereof recorded
at Plat Book 10, Page 33, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
but which deed showed KEN?~IETH L. PERONA as the grantee.
2. That said deed contained a mistake as to the middle initial
of your affiant and that KF.NNETH T. PERnNA and KENNETH L. PERONA are
one and the same person.
3. Further affiant sayeth not.
