PETITION FOR SURRENDER OF ASSETS
and DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
Petitioner, IRVING A. OPPERMANN, as Guardian of the
person and property of the above named minors, respectfully
alleges:
1, He has faithfully performed his duties as Guardian,
paid all the debts as far as the assets of the wards would.permit
and rendered to this Court a correct accounting of his guardianship
as required by law.
2. Petitioner files herewith his first and final
re[urn regarding Hans John Malchow, and alleges that the need for
this g-uardianship of Hans,John Malchow has terminated by reason
, that Nans John Malcfiow attained his majority on September 3, 1976.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that an Order be entered

i authorizing him to surrender and distribute to HANS JOHN MALCHOW
~
f ~ all of the assets of the above named ward remaining in his

~ possession and that upQn the filing of receipt therefor or evidence
~
of [hat disbursement satisfactory to the Circuit Judge, an Order be
E entered approving his accounts, and discharging him as Guardian of
