AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING ORDINANCE N0. G-4, EXTENDING
THE T~RRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY TO ITJCLUDE THE
ROAD,R/W OF SOUTH FOURTH STREET (S.R. 5, U.S. I) TO
SOUTH R/W LINE OF ST. JAMES BOULEVARD; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISS~OtJ OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. G-4, extending the territorial
limits of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, to include the Road
-Y
Right-of-Way of South Fourth Street (S.R. 5, U.S. I) to the South
Right-of-Way line of Saint James Boulevard, be and the same is
hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION-3. This Ordinance shall be and become effective
upon final passage. ~

i reading by the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida,
f on the 6th day of December, 1976; copy of said Ordinance was made
~ available at the office of the City Clerk to the public upon re-
~ quest during the time between the first and second reading of the
' Ordinance; and was duly read and passed on second and final read-
~ ing on the 13th day of December, 1976, by the City Commission of
k the City of Fort Pierce, ~lorida.
