This is te further certify that Ordinance No. G-315 was published
once a week for four consecutive weeks in the News Tribune in -
Fort Pierce, Floric3a, on January 28, February 4, 11, and 18, 1977;
pursuant to Section 171.16, Florida Statutes. Thirty days have
expired since the passage of Crdinance No. G-315 and no registered
voter or owner of real estate in the tract so proposed to be
deannexed h~ave objected to such deannexation and the deannexation of
the tract hereinbefore described became effective December 14,
1976.
