BE IT ORDAINED 9Y THE CITY COi~IMISSI0;7 OF THE CIT'f OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORI~A:
SECTION I. Frorn and after the effective date of this
Ordinance, the territorial limits of the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida, legally described as:
Beginning at the intersection of the South right-of-way
lines of Virginia Avenue and Okeechobee Road (State Road
70), thence run Westerly along the South right-of-way
line of Okeechobee Road (State Road 70) to the centerline
of Kings Highway (State Road 713), thence run Northerly
along said centerline to its intersection with the extension
of the North right-of-way line of State Road 70, thence
run Easterly along said North right-of-way line of State
Road 70 to its intersection with the extension of the North
right-of-way line of Virginia Avenue, thence run Southerly
ta the Point of Beginning.
shall be and the same is hereby excluded.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
co:~flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECI'IO:I IIZ. This Ordinance shall be and become effective
I upon final passage.

~ of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that the
foregoing and above Ordinance No. G-319 was duly advertised by
title only in the Fort Pierce News Tribune on the 21st day of
Decem.ber, 1976; was duly introduced, read and passed on first
reading by the City Commissi~n of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida,
on the 20th day of Decern~er, 1976; copy of said Ordinance was made
available at the office of the City Clerk to the gublic upon re-
quest during the time between the first and second reading of the
Ordinance; and was ~uly read and passed on second and final read-
ing on the 3rd day of January, 1977, by the City Commission of
the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
