This is to further certify that Ordinance No. G-319 was published
once a week for four consecutive weeks in the News Tribune in
Fort Pierce, Florida, on January 28, February 4, 11, and 18, 1977;
pursuant to Section 171.16, Florida Statutes. Thirty days have
expired since the passage of Ordinance No. G-319 and no registered
voter or owner of real estate in the tract so proposed to be
deannexed have objected to such deannexation, and the deannexation
of the tract hereinbefor~ described became effective January
3, 1977.
